5. Order Cancellation
By Customer:
You may cancel your order anytime before the cut-off time of your selected delivery slot by contacting our customer service. Any payment already made will be fully refunded.
By Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms. Customers with a history of such activities may be blacklisted and denied further access.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a "No Questions Asked" Return Policy at the time of delivery. If you're not satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, you may return it immediately. The returned item’s value will be credited to your Site account as a credit note, which you can use for future purchases.
